Here’s a straightforward guide on how to return an item with Familiar store:

How to Return an Item

Notify Us: Send an email to hello@familiarstore.com to inform us about your return.

Provide Details: Include your name, email address, the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange.

Return the Item: Post your item back to us within 14 days, ensuring to include your name and order number.

Condition of Items: Make sure items are unworn, in saleable condition, and have their original tags and packaging.

Return at Your Risk: Returns are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded delivery service, as Familiar store cannot cover lost items.

How to Exchange an Item

Regrettably, we do not offer exchanges for online purchases.

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel, please email us at hello@familiarstore.com as soon as possible. If your parcel has already been sent, we cannot refund the original shipping cost, and you may incur a return-to-sender fee.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected, and you’ll be notified via email about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that refunds do not include shipping costs for non-faulty items.
